What is Switchback Design ?

Based on the premise that through innovation and intentionally designed experiential curriculum, we can create meaningful facilitation tools and learning opportunities for our clients and the broader training community.

That's great, but why Switchback Design? A switchback is a turn on a trail or in the road where you can take stock of the here and now. At this turn, you can see where you came from and where you are going. These repeated turns provide an easier path to success through reflection and self-awareness. This is a metaphor for how we approach the work of experientially-focused training.

As a client of Switchback Designs, we will spend time with you in conversation to understand where you are in your journey. With this understanding, the Switchback Team will work with you to provide the tools, resources, or training to help your organization achieve more than imagined through deeper engagement.
